Job summary

VRB Energy seeks a Director of Sales & Marketing to drive the commercial engine for VRB USA. You will own the sales pipeline, shape go-to-market strategy, build pricing, and lead branding, content, and lead generation to scale a startup-like function.

You will pursue utilities, developers, C&I customers, and EPCs, close deals, coach the team, and collaborate with the President and CFO on strategy and market positioning for long-duration energy storage in North America.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required in Business, Marketing, Engineering or related field.
• MBA is a plus for strategic leadership and market development.
• 8+ years in combined sales and marketing with track record in complex B2B deals.

Responsibilities

• Own VRB USA's sales pipeline from lead gen to contract execution.
• Develop pricing strategy and standard commercial terms with leadership.
• Define VRB USA's brand positioning and messaging for North America.
