Job summary

Thesis, the world’s first customized nootropics company, seeks a VP of DTC Growth & Digital Product to drive growth strategy, media acquisition, analytics, and ecommerce optimization with LTV:CAC as the north star. The role is designed to build a durable growth engine capable of scaling the business to $100M+ in annual revenue.

You will report directly to the President, with functional head reports across growth, digital product, and CRO.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end Growth Strategy and channel expansion across acquisition, activation and retention.
• Oversee digital product, conversion optimization, and ecommerce operations to scale revenue.
• Partner with executive leadership to build systems, dashboards, and AI-enabled growth initiatives.
