Job summary

State Bank seeks a senior Consumer Banking leader to drive sales initiatives and growth across Retail and Private Client segments. You will oversee staff performance, budgeting, and regulatory compliance while aligning with the CEO and regional plans.

You will champion customer relationships, leverage CRM platforms like Salesforce and nCino, and mentor teams to achieve regional growth and strong financial results.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred with strong banking education/training.
• Seven+ years in consumer banking leadership and sales.
• Proven ability to lead, coach, and mentor staff.

Responsibilities

• Lead identification, integration and optimization of sales initiatives.
• Oversee consumer banking staff across retail centers and Private Client production.
• Set and achieve regional annual goals and budgets.
• Ensure compliance with policies and regulatory requirements.
• Drive performance, customer satisfaction and revenue growth.
