Job summary

Peta Jane Beauty is seeking a hands-on Growth Lead to scale our influencer and affiliate revenue across TikTok Shop, Shopify Collabs, Meta/YouTube Shopping, and partner networks. You’ll build a fast-moving creator pipeline, script content, and negotiate usage rights with top creators.

In this role you’ll own seeding programs, tracking, and cross-functional collaboration with Paid, Content, CS, and Ops to maximize attributable GMV and renewal rates while maintaining compliance with FTC

Qualifications

• 3+ years in influencer/affiliate roles with revenue targets.
• Proven wins on TikTok/IG/YouTube and social commerce.
• Contracting and negotiation chops for usage, whitelisting, and exclusivity.
• Strong writing for scripts and briefs; premium beauty aesthetics.
• Analytical rigor with dashboards and fast action on signals.
• Compliance savvy including FTC disclosures.

Responsibilities

• Build seeding programs with defined post-rate and ROI targets.
• Grow affiliate revenue across TikTok Shop, Shopify Collabs, YouTube Shopping, and partners.
• Create hooks, briefs and scripts for founder content.
• Negotiate usage rights, whitelisting, and exclusive partnerships when justified.
• Track GMV, CPA vs target, ROAS, and weekly scorecards.
• Collaborate with Paid, Content, CS and Ops to scale seeding.
• Lead weekly scorecard and test plans, presenting insights and actions.
