Job summary

Graphite is a technology-enabled growth agency seeking a Growth Lead (SEO + AEO + Content) to drive growth initiatives for partner brands from our San Francisco office. You will own SEO strategy, content direction, and AEO programs while coordinating with analytics and product teams.

You will work in a performance-driven environment, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and owning projects end-to-end from discovery to measurement.

Qualifications

• SEO + AEO + Content: 4+ years of agency or in-house experience with technical SEO and content strategy.
• Data Analysis: Exceptional data analysis skills (you are the go-to spreadsheet person on your team).
• Paid Search: PPC, SEM, paid search, and paid ads experience (agency or in-house).
• Product: Excellent product sense and solving challenging problems with simple, elegant product solutions.
• Web & App: Strong understanding of how the web and native app ecosystems work.
• Tools: Experience with multiple data and product tools (GA, Excel, Data Studio, Amplitude, SEMRush, Ahrefs, Asana, Jira).
• People management: Experience overseeing and managing a team of direct collaborators.
• Project Management: Experience managing client deliverables promptly, ensuring strategies land on time.

Responsibilities

• Work collaboratively on complex, large-scale SEO/AEO projects.
• Forecast performance, set targets, build reporting, and communicate pacing towards targets.
• Monitor the performance of top consumer tech companies and their competitors.
• Analyze campaigns and website performance, identify trends, and provide recommendations.
• Conduct A/B tests to optimize the marketing program.
• Craft business cases for growth projects, including opportunity sizing with Analytics and Finance teams.
• Identify, evaluate, and prioritize scalable web platforms and page-level SEO projects.
• Coordinate with data science to analyze organic traffic.
