Job summary

Graphite, a fully distributed growth agency, seeks a Jr. Growth Lead to own SEO, AEO, and content initiatives for high-growth partners. You’ll dive into large-scale projects, forecast performance, and present data-driven recommendations.

You’ll collaborate with Analytics, Finance, and cross-functional teams to drive conversions and revenue. This is a fully remote role with flexibility and strong learning opportunities.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of agency or in-house experience with technical SEO and content strategy.
• Exceptional data analysis skills; you are the go-to spreadsheet person on your team.
• Strong understanding of how the web and native app ecosystems work.
• Experience with data and product tools (GA, Excel, Data Studio, Amplitude, SEMRush, Ahrefs, Asana, Jira).
• Experience overseeing and managing a team of direct collaborators.
• Experience managing client deliverables promptly and ensuring timely strategy delivery.

Responsibilities

• Work collaboratively on complex, large-scale, time-critical SEO/AEO projects.
• Forecast performance, set targets, build reporting, and communicate pacing toward targets.
• Monitor performance of top consumer tech companies and competitors.
• Analyze campaigns and website performance, identify trends, and provide recommendations.
• Conduct A/B tests to optimize the marketing program.
• Craft business cases for growth projects with Analytics and Finance teams.
• Identify, evaluate, and prioritize scalable web platforms and page-level SEO projects.
• Coordinate with data science to analyze organic traffic changes.
