Asana is seeking a data-driven Head of Global SEO/AEO to own worldwide organic growth strategy and execution. You will scale SEO and AEO into high-performing channels, driving trial starts, MQLs, and pipeline while managing an in-house team and external partners.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in SEO with senior team leadership in B2B SaaS.
• Experience scaling organic channels into revenue-generating assets.
• Proven ownership of PLG and SLG organic strategies.
• Hands-on AEO strategy development and measurement.
• Deep technical SEO fluency across architectures, structured data, Core Web Vitals, international SEO.
• Strong SQL skills and data-driven decision making.
• Executive presence with cross-functional influence.
• Experience hiring, coaching, and leading distributed teams.

Responsibilities

• Set global organic strategy and roadmap, owning SEO/AEO as growth channels.
• Lead end-to-end AEO strategy including AI-mediated discovery.
• Direct content roadmap and agent-led strategies to match intent and convert traffic.
• Build attribution for PLG/SLG and influence roadmap decisions.
• Lead technical SEO and international SEO, collaborate with engineering.
• Hire, develop, and lead a high-performing SEO/AEO team.
• Present strategy and performance to senior leadership.
