Rounder is an early-stage startup, venture-backed social platform for the betting generation. You join your friends on the app and create bets, talk trash, and settle scores, from betting on the Oscars and the Super Bowl to who Ella will bring as a date to the party on Saturday.

As Growth Lead, you own the entire growth loop: seeding communities, texting creators, and building the invite-driven funnel from a cold start to real traction.

Qualificações

• 2–6 years in a growth role with proven user acquisition impact.
• Experience growing a consumer social app or with network dynamics from zero to traction.
• Able to plan, run, and analyze growth experiments with clear metrics.

Responsabilidades

• Develop the cold start plan and beachhead strategy.
• Own invite rate, groups formed per user, and K-factor.
• Plan and execute launch moments around calendars (NBA, holidays, etc.).
• Run weekly growth experiments with hypotheses and cost estimates.
• Direct paid acquisition with an agency and track CPA and attribution.
• Grow creator and campus programs into scalable playbooks.
• Maintain the growth stack, including analytics and lifecycle messaging.
