The role focuses on content, campaigns, and community engagement across blogs, website, app store listings, and social channels, with hands-on responsibilities in content optimization and paid campaigns.

The candidate should excel in a fast-paced startup environment, manage UGC partnerships, and collaborate with product and design teams to align content and growth strategies.

Qualifications

• Experience in digital marketing, growth, content, community, performance marketing, or a related role.
• Familiarity with platforms such as Reddit, Meta, TikTok, and app store ecosystems.
• Strong understanding of content marketing, online communities, and consumer growth strategy.
• Experience writing, organizing, or supporting digital content across blogs, social media, landing pages, or app store listings.
• Comfort working in a fast paced startup environment with changing priorities.
• Self starter mindset with the ability to take ownership and execute quickly.

Responsabilités

• Help create, publish, and optimize content across blog, website, app store listings, and social channels, and own the relevant calendars
• Lead app store optimization efforts
• Assist with planning, launching, and managing paid acquisition campaigns across Meta and TikTok and track performance
• Help source, manage, and coordinate UGC creators for content distribution
• Lead answer engine optimization and content strategies
• Work closely with product, design, and leadership to align content, campaigns, and community efforts
• Lead and grow online communities around the product
