Rescue is seeking a Growth Lead to drive business development and own the pipeline with an annual sales target. The role requires deep market connectivity, strategic deal structuring, and hands-on proposal development to convert opportunities into revenue.

Remote-ready with possible in-person client meetings and a strong emphasis on health behavior change campaigns. Competitive pay with commission on revenue and nationwide travel expectations.

Qualifications

• Proven experience selling to your market and converting relationships into new business.
• Experience owning a pipeline or revenue target and being held accountable for it.
• Track record of closing business on long sales cycles, including deals you sourced yourself.

Responsabilités

• Own the pipeline and annual sales target; qualify and develop opportunities.
• Understand buyer needs, funding, decision processes and path to win for priority opportunities.
• Build trusted relationships with senior leaders and program/communications leads.
• Shape messaging and proposals; collaborate on scope and pricing; actively write and submit proposals.
• Partner with colleagues to win opportunities and maintain client relationships.
• Monitor market budget, policy, and funding changes to create opportunities.
