Job summary

Hired Remoteli seeks a highly entrepreneurial Head of Growth & Marketing to lead patient acquisition, revenue growth, and scalable marketing strategies for a US-based behavioral health client. This senior role combines strategic thinking with hands-on execution, owning end-to-end growth initiatives from concept to scale.

The role emphasizes paid media, SEO, CRM, and partnerships, with a 100% remote setup and USD compensation.

Qualifications

5-8+ years of experience in Growth Marketing, Performance Marketing, Customer Acquisition, Product Growth, Business Development, or similar growth-focused roles.
Proven track record of driving measurable business growth and revenue impact.
Strong hands-on experience managing paid acquisition channels, including Google Ads and Meta Ads.
Strong knowledge of SEO, conversion rate optimization, lifecycle marketing, and demand generation.
Experience with HubSpot or similar CRM and marketing automation platforms.
Experience building and optimizing customer acquisition and conversion funnels.
Strong analytical skills with ability to interpret performance data and make strategic recommendations.
Understanding of CAC, ROI, attribution, conversion metrics, and growth analytics.
Experience launching and scaling new initiatives from concept through execution.
Excellent copywriting, communication, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work independently, take ownership, and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
Experience in healthcare, behavioral health, health-tech, SaaS, or tech-enabled organizations is preferred.

Responsibilities

Own and execute the overall growth and marketing strategy.
Drive patient acquisition, conversion optimization, and revenue growth.
Manage and optimize paid media, SEO, local SEO, AI search visibility, website performance, landing pages, email marketing, and marketing automation.
Own CRM and HubSpot strategy, including lead nurturing, segmentation, attribution, reporting, and workflow automation.
Improve conversion rates throughout the customer journey and optimize acquisition funnels.
Build and scale referral channels, strategic partnerships, and business development opportunities.
Analyze growth, marketing, and revenue performance using data-driven decision making.
Identify, test, launch, and scale new products, services, programs, partnerships, markets, and revenue streams.
Conduct market research, competitor analysis, and growth experimentation.
Develop business cases and evaluate opportunities for expansion and innovation.
Leverage automation, technology, and AI to improve efficiency, conversion, and scalability.
