Job summary

nyra health GmbH is seeking a growth leader to scale myReha activation across the DACH region. You will own the activation funnel, define metrics, and drive adoption of the patient app and clinician platform across Germany and Austria.

You will manage a small team, collaborate with Marketing, Product, Insurance and Account Management, and stay hands-on on calls to stay close to the work. This role requires German fluency and strong English, with a remote work option across DACH.

Qualifications

• You have moved an activation or adoption metric and can quantify the impact.
• Hands-on with data: build segmentations and funnel analyses.
• Experiment discipline: define success criteria and review outcomes.
• Player-coach leadership: 4–8 years of leading a small team weekly.
• High-velocity background in marketplace growth or RevOps at scale-up.
• Fluent German (C1+) and professional English.

Responsibilities

• Own the activation funnel from practice sign-up to first onboarded patient to habitual use.
• Acquire the right practices across DACH, prioritised by activation likelihood.
• Run rigorous experiments with clear hypotheses and success criteria.
• Lead as a player-coach: set weekly programme, review, coach on calls.
• Work with data and cross-functional teams: Marketing, Product, Insurance, Account Mgmt.
