Job description

Turn Tegy's strong product story into a measurable growth system. You will identify the highest-leverage bets, connect positioning, acquisition, conversion, and lifecycle into one customer journey, and build the evidence Tegy uses to invest and scale.

This is a hands-on role. You will work directly with the founders, write and launch experiments, inspect the evidence, and make clear decisions about positioning, channels, conversion, and priorities.

About Tegy

Tegy is building the strategy team ambitious companies wish they had. It turns messy business context into defensible decisions, models, memos, decks, and action plans with senior-grade rigor on demand.

Tegy is built by RocketMinds, a group of experienced founders, investors, strategists, and operators. The opportunity is to turn that depth into a focused customer story and a repeatable path to demand.

Why join now
  • Shape positioning and go-to-market choices with direct access to product and customer insight.
  • Work directly with founders and senior decision-makers.
  • Test across channels and build the playbook from evidence.
  • Own visible business outcomes with short feedback loops.
  • Expand your scope when the evidence supports it.
Three ways to own growth at Tegy

Tegy is recruiting across three complementary lanes. The Growth Lead owns the overall growth system. The Content & Demand Generation Lead builds the content-to-demand engine across channels. The Community & Partnerships Lead develops relationship-led distribution through communities and ecosystem partners.

Apply to the lane that best matches your proof. We will cross-consider strong candidates across all three without asking them to reapply.

What you will own
  1. Positioning and customer focus. Turn customer evidence, product strengths, and market context into a clear audience, value proposition, and set of growth priorities.
  2. Acquisition and conversion system. Connect discovery, content, distribution, capture, nurture, product activation, and paid conversion into a coherent customer journey.
  3. Growth experiments. Run small tests across the channels most likely to work, with explicit hypotheses, budgets, success measures, and scale-or-stop rules.
  4. Measurement and learning. Build a practical view of qualified attention, capture, activation, conversion, revenue, and customer insight.
  5. Focus and operating rhythm. Maintain a weekly growth cadence and recommend where to double down, change the message, involve a specialist, or stop. What success looks like
The initial paid 30-day project should produce:
  • A clear growth thesis covering target customers, positioning, the customer journey, and the highest-priority constraints.
  • One live acquisition and nurture path with clean measurement.
  • Three to five focused channel, offer, or conversion experiments with explicit learning goals.
  • A weekly growth readout tied to qualified demand and paid conversion, not activity alone.
  • A decisive recommendation for the next 60 days, including which capabilities Tegy should keep fractional, deepen, or add.
Who will thrive
  • You have personally grown or launched an early SaaS, AI, digital, advisory, or prosumer product.
  • You can move between positioning, copy, acquisition, conversion, analytics, and customer conversations.
  • You know how to create useful signal with focused resources and disciplined testing.
  • You make tradeoffs, report evidence honestly, and stop weak experiments without drama.
  • You are comfortable owning outcomes while coordinating specialists where their depth matters.
Engagement and compensation

Start with a paid, part-time 30-day project, typically around 20 hours per week. The project range is US$2,000 to US$3,500 base, plus up to US$2,000 in milestone bonus tied to agreed customer, funnel, conversion, and learning outcomes. Ongoing fractional work is typically US$25 to US$45 per hour, depending on scope, availability, and proof.

For sustained, high-ownership engagements, the equity range is 0.0% to 3.0%, with the specific grant shaped by scope, commitment, and demonstrated impact.

This opportunity is open worldwide, with reliable scheduled overlap with US Eastern time for collaboration.

Candidates who advance will shape a focused paid project with clear success outcomes.

Exceptional people rarely arrive on a hiring calendar. We meet strong candidates year-round and move quickly when there is a compelling fit.
