Job summary

Parsons is seeking a Senior Director, Growth Lead for Space Engineering Solutions in Denver. You will drive growth across space operations, space command and control, and ground station operations, connecting customer needs with Parsons’ capabilities.

You will lead with SES leadership to build a robust pipeline, shape opportunities, and win strategic pursuits, coordinating with Capture, Mission Engineering, and program teams to execute differentiated, competitive solutions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a technical or business discipline.
• 20+ years diversified experience in business development or related field.
• Experience leading growth strategies and capture on opportunities > $100M and achieving revenue targets.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute the SES growth strategy with business leadership and establish priority customers and campaigns.
• Qualify pursuits against customer need, funding, timing, technical fit, competitive position, and business value.
• Partner with Mission Engineering and program teams to develop differentiated solutions and communicate Parsons’ value through executive briefings and responses to RFIs.
• Coordinate pricing, resources, risks, and approvals with business and functional teams during pursuits.
• Develop industry partnerships and expand Parsons' capabilities across mission areas.
• Maintain records, forecasts, and customer engagement plans to track pipeline health.
