Responsibilities

• Own signup growth across acquisition channels: SEO/GEO, content, partnerships, brand, and discovery channels.
• Build a durable channel mix and avoid reliance on one-off campaigns.
• Run weekly performance reviews and ship corrective plans quickly.
• Manage and hire into a small team of channel owners.
• Audit paid or agency spend and decide what to keep.
• Partner with product and engineering on activation and onboarding.
