Job summary

Infisical is seeking a Growth Marketing Manager to drive scalable growth for developer-focused AI tooling. You will own end-to-end growth initiatives across channels, including organic social, paid, SEO, email, and lifecycle programs, with a strong emphasis on data-driven decisions and measurable pipeline impact.

Qualifications

• 5–7 years of growth marketing, digital marketing, or developer marketing at a B2B SaaS company.
• Experience across multiple acquisition channels: organic social, paid search, paid social, email, SEO.
• Strong analytical skills to drive decisions, prioritize opportunities, and forecast results.
• High ownership with autonomous execution and speed.
• Familiarity with AI tools, agents, automation to boost productivity.
• Based in the US or Canada.

Responsibilities

• Own and scale growth across organic social, paid acquisition, SEO, lifecycle marketing, partnerships, influencer marketing and other channels.
• Build campaigns and experiments that generate measurable pipeline while improving conversion through the funnel.
• Make data-driven decisions by analyzing marketing data to determine campaign performance.
• Help shape Infisical's market positioning and brand among developers.
• Leverage AI tooling, automation, and workflows to move faster and increase impact.
