Tinybird is hiring a fully remote Growth Lead to drive developer-led demand and build a scalable signup-to-pipeline engine. You will define high-intent signals, ship public demos, and push innovative AI-driven capabilities into real user journeys, collaborating across engineering, design, RevOps and sales.

You’ll need 5+ years in growth or developer marketing, strong SQL skills, and a track record of shipping measurable outcomes in a fast-moving, remote environment.

Formación

• 5+ years in growth, demand gen or developer marketing.
• Able to ship: you write SQL, build demos, and ship outputs.
• Familiar with marketing to technical buyers.
• Able to move fast and learn in public.
• Comfortable working independently and taking ownership.

Responsabilidades

• Own signup-to-pipeline funnel for developer-led sources.
• Define high-intent criteria with RevOps and sales; ensure fast response.
• Ship public demos, teardowns, and build-in-public content weekly.
• Test and iterate: AI-driven signups and workflows; measure impact.
• Run focused campaigns with clear offers and follow-ups.
• Own lifecycle emails and in-product nudges to drive activation.
• Reallocate time/budget toward pipeline-generating activities.
