Circle.so is seeking a Growth Lead for the Discover marketplace. You will own the growth engine, drive traffic, and optimize GMV with data-driven experiments across lifecycle emails, SEO, and partnerships. This fully remote role is open to candidates in North American time zones.

You will collaborate with product, paid media, data, brand, and lifecycle teams to shape growth priorities and scale the Discover marketplace globally while maintaining Circle's remote-first culture.

Competenze

• Experience owning a revenue or GMV number across multiple channels.
• Experience with email lifecycle marketing and building programs.
• Strong understanding of marketplaces and network effects.

Mansioni

• Own growth for the Discover marketplace, drive traffic, and increase GMV and transactions.
• Run A/B tests to optimize acquisition, engagement, and retention.
• Build end-to-end lifecycle emails, newsletters, and subscriber offers.
• Develop an SEO program to grow organic surfaces and partnerships.
• Support creator success by driving buyers and analyzing underperforming categories.
• Create funnel reporting and share recommendations with leadership.
• Collaborate with product and founders to shape growth strategy.
