Job summary

Circle is building a game-changing discovery marketplace for creators, communities, and products. As Growth Lead for Discover, you will own generating and growing the demand engine, driving traffic, and increasing GMV.

You will collaborate with product, paid media, data, brand, and lifecycle teams in a fully remote role, open to candidates in North American time zones. You will lead experiments, build end-to-end email programs, and help shape Discover's growth strategy alongside Circle's

Qualifications

• Track record owning a revenue/GMV number across multiple channels.
• Experience with email and lifecycle marketing, building programs from scratch.
• Experience acquiring email subscribers profitably and increasing their value over time.
• Hands-on player-coach: write emails, build pages, talk to creators, set up reporting.
• Deep understanding of marketplaces and network effects.
• Ability to learn fast, experiment aggressively, thrive in a dynamic environment.
• Outstanding written and verbal English communication (CEFR C2 or equivalent).

Responsibilities

• Own growth for the Discover marketplace, drive traffic, and grow GMV and transaction volume.
• Run A/B tests and experiments to improve acquisition, engagement, and retention.
• Build end-to-end lifecycle email programs and acquisition funnels for Discover.
• Develop and optimize Discover's SEO program across product pages and partnerships.
• Help creators listed on Discover succeed by driving buyer conversions and optimizing categories.
• Build and maintain funnel performance reporting and provide leadership with insights and recommendations.
• Collaborate with product, marketing, data, and partnerships to shape Discover's growth strategy.
