Job summary

Binance, a leading global blockchain ecosystem, is looking for a marketing leader to drive regional campaigns and user growth. You will collaborate with internal stakeholders and global teams to localize campaigns and grow our user base across web and mobile channels.

The role requires fluency in Spanish and English, 5+ years in marketing, and a strong interest in crypto technology. A university marketing degree is a plus, with opportunities for remote work depending on team needs.

Qualifications

• Fluency in Spanish and English is a must.
• Minimum 5 years of relevant marketing experience, preferably in a fast paced industry.
• Execution-oriented mindset with drive and scrappiness to get it done.
• Strong interest and knowledge in crypto/blockchain/technology.

Responsibilities

• Manage development and execution of regional and local product campaigns in partnership with internal stakeholders to meet business objectives.
• Localize campaigns in service of user growth with global marketing.
• Grow strategic marketing partner relationships, channel experimentation, audience messaging, and spend accountability.
• Map user journey and increase funnel conversion through product asks, education and campaigns.
• Ideate and optimize growth via paid acquisition, retargeting, and product optimizations across web and native apps.
