Job summary

• 5+ years of experience in product management or a relevant domain.
• Advanced knowledge of the product development lifecycle, design, and data analytics.
• Ability to lead end-to-end product lifecycle activities with measurable outcomes.
• Experience driving cross-functional execution in fast-paced, ambiguous environments.
• Strong ownership, customer-centric mindset, and executive presence.

Responsibilities

• Develops a product strategy and vision that delivers value to customers.
• Leads discovery efforts and market research to uncover customer solutions.
• Owns, maintains, and develops a product backlog aligned to the roadmap.
• Builds metrics frameworks covering cost, features, risk, and reliability.
• Owns post-onboarding experience strategy and delivery to boost activation and retention.
• Drives activation and growth with defined success metrics and improvements.
• Defines monetization strategy across the client journey and pricing redesign.
• Collaborates to launch new value-added services and adjacent products.
• Develops a multi-quarter roadmap, balancing growth, UX, risk, and scalability.
• Partners with Product, Technology, Operations, Risk, Sales, and Commercial teams.
• Uses customer feedback and data insights to identify opportunities and validate solutions.
