Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in a quantitative or growth-focused field or equivalent practical experience.
2+ years in a startup or high-growth environment with rapid experiments.
Experience building digital/social commerce and partnerships; ownership of growth plans.
Strong ownership, bias for action, and ability to work across teams.
Comfort with digital metrics (CAC, ROAS, conversion rate, AOV, retention).
Curious, resilient, and competitive with a fast-learning mindset.
Travel up to 40%.

Responsibilities

Design, execute, and analyze structured tests with our distributor network to evaluate price, performance, and market acceptance.
Engage with distributors and end users to gather feasibility feedback and data.
Sell the benefits of air care solutions and communicate value propositions.
Develop and refine test methodologies based on real-time results.
Build market feasibility assessments including creating test materials and evaluations.
Determine market size, projected unit sales, and optimal customer segments.
