Job summary

Raydar, a San Francisco-based AI data company, seeks a founding growth hire to architect and scale our expert-contributor platform from zero to one. You will own the growth engine, run experiments, and build partnerships with studios and networks to drive activation, retention, and revenue across our verticals.

You will leverage funnel data, cohorts, and acquisition economics to optimize channels, design lifecycle messaging, and automate workflows.

Qualifications

4–8 years in growth roles or related fields.
Experience building growth programs from zero to one.
Strong data analysis, dashboards, and experimentation skills.
Ability to communicate decisions clearly and own projects.

Responsibilities

Build and own the contributor-platform growth engine from the ground up.
Design and run experiments to improve signup-to-activation conversion and retention.
Develop partnerships with studios, creator networks, and expert communities.
Work with funnel data, dashboards, cohorts, and acquisition economics to identify bottlenecks.
Run paid campaigns and creative acquisition programs with meaningful budgets.
Build lifecycle messaging, outbound, CRM, and workflow-automation systems.
Translate feedback and results into onboarding, incentives, product, and ops improvements.
