Melotech is seeking a Growth Associate (Intern) to drive organic reach across TikTok, Instagram Reels and YouTube Shorts. You will work with founders, the Growth Manager, product and data teams to build repeatable playbooks and run many experiments weekly.

You’ll source creators, manage seeding campaigns, spot trends early, and help scale wins with paid media. A fast-paced, performance-driven environment awaits.

Qualifikationen

• Familiar with TikTok, Instagram Reels and YouTube Shorts.
• Experience growing a social account or brand is a plus.
• Excellent creativity with data-driven experimentation.

• Creator network: finding, briefing and paying creators at scale.
• Seeding: placing products in the right formats and communities.
• Trend spotting: early detection and rapid action on formats.
• Experiments: running many tests weekly with clear stop/go rules.
• New channels: exploring places where attention is cheap.
• Organic and paid: coordinating with Growth to grow wins.
• Measurement: linking metrics to business questions.
• Tooling: building trackers, scripts and AI-assisted workflows.
