Melotech, a stealth startup reimagining media and entertainment through technology, is seeking a hands-on growth generalist to drive organic growth. You will own creator networks, seed campaigns, spot trends, and run high-volume experiments from a product and narrative perspective.

Key platforms include TikTok, Instagram Reels, and YouTube Shorts, where you’ll build the organic growth machine and unlock remote-friendly work with equity participation.
