You are a high-agency, internet-native candidate who enjoys AI tools, writing, and shipping fast. You will work directly with the founder to shape launches and the voice of each business.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated ability to manage social channels and paid experiments.
• Interest in AI tools and automation.
• Strong writing and visual sense; ability to ship fast.
• Comfort with spreadsheets, dashboards, and experiments.
• Responsible with brand accounts and budgets.
• Evidence of initiative over pedigree.

Responsibilities

• Manage and grow social media accounts across multiple platforms.
• Operate paid ad accounts with budgets, gates, and measurement.
• Build AI-assisted workflows turning updates into scripts, posts, and ads.
• Create repeatable content engine: calendars, templates, prompt libraries, scheduling.
• Launch rapid experiments and decide what scales using data.
• Track metrics: reach, engagement, CTR, conversion, CAC, retention, revenue.
• Collaborate with founder and product teams to shape launches and voice.
