• Design, build, and ship growth mechanisms: funnels, onboarding, referrals, monetization experiments.
• Set up lightweight analytics and experimentation infra (tracking, A/B testing, cohorts).
• Prototype and test growth hypotheses across new AI products; hand off successful mechanics to product teams.
