SproutsAI is seeking a Growth Operations Intern to help drive user growth and engagement for our AI platform. You will work at the intersection of growth, product, and operations, helping attract new users, improve onboarding, and increase user retention through data-driven experiments and community engagement.

This internship offers hands-on experience collaborating with product and engineering teams, building dashboards, and analyzing key growth metrics while exploring referrals and onboarding

Qualifications

• Pursuing Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a relevant field.
• Interest in AI, startups, or developer platforms.
• Analytical mindset and ability to work with data.
• Comfortable using Excel, Google Sheets, or analytics tools.
• Strong communication skills and ability to work cross-functionally.

Responsibilities

• Design and run user acquisition campaigns.
• Assist with onboarding and activation programs.
• Support engagement and retention initiatives, including referrals and community activities.
• Analyze growth metrics such as acquisition, activation, retention, and engagement.
• Build simple dashboards to track growth performance.
• Collaborate with product and engineering to improve onboarding and user experience.
• Collect feedback from developers to identify opportunities to improve the platform.
