Responsibilities

• Establish, develop and maintain relationships with current and prospective customers with top-notch service.
• Develop clear written proposals/quotations for customers.
• Upsell and cross-sell products/services to existing clients.
• Resolve customer problems and complaints promptly.
• Document all interactions in CRM daily.
• Qualify new leads to support sales campaigns; occasional cold-calling.
