Qualifications

• HS Diploma or GED required.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to handle phone, email, and chat inquiries.
• Persuasion, negotiation and closing skills.
• 40+ hours per week availability.
• Background check, drug screen and MVR required.

Responsibilities

• Convert new customer inquiries, leads, and estimates into sales over the phone
• Build strong customer relationships
• Address customer complaints, questions, and service concerns
• Educate customers on our services, treatment programs, and recommended solutions
• Maintain accurate documentation of customer interactions and opportunities
• Proactively pursue new sales opportunities through outbound calls, prospecting, and follow-up with potential customers
• Handle assigned cancellation requests with a focus on resolving concerns and retaining customers
• Communicate and coordinate with sales, customer service, and operations teams to ensure a positive customer experience
