Job summary

Arbor Care Inc-DE in Lewes, Delaware is seeking a Full-time Inside Sales Representative to join a growing plant and lawn care diagnostics business. You will establish and maintain relationships with existing customers, respond to inquiries, and professionally present products and proposals to drive revenue.

This role emphasizes providing exceptional customer service, up-selling, and cross-selling, with a base salary plus commission.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years of sales experience required or preferred within related industries.

Responsibilities

• Establish, develop and maintain relationships with current and prospective customers with top-notch service.

The Position:

We are looking for a Full-time Inside Sales Representative. Qualified applicants must meet the following requirements:

• Establish, develop and maintain business relationships with current customers and prospective customers by providing top-notch customer service.
• Develop clear and effective written proposals/quotations for current and prospective customers.
• Up-sell and sell additional products/services to existing clients.
• Expedite the resolution of customer problems and complaints.
• Documents all customer interactions and history in Customer Relationship Management (CRM) database on a daily basis.
• Prospecting and/or qualifying new leads to assist with sales campaign activities
• Occasional cold-calling to help promote Arbor Care products

Preferred Education

• Associates Degree preferred from an accredited college or university in Horticulture, Agronomy, Plant Science, Business or a related field
