Job summary

Year Up United seeks an executive leader for Career Connect Growth and Impact, reporting to the CEO for a two-year incubation period. You will build, launch, and scale a sustainable workforce solution expanding Year Up United's impact into high-growth industries with an entrepreneurial team and new operating model.

You will oversee sales, design, and delivery, drive partnerships, pilots, and learner experiences, and shape pricing, delivery, and revenue models for scalable employer-funded

Qualifications

• 15+ years of progressive leadership experience in business development, workforce development, talent solutions, staffing, or related fields.
• Proven success building and scaling new business lines, products, or venture-stage initiatives.
• Experience leading teams responsible for revenue generation and customer delivery.
• Strong employer partnership development and consultative sales experience.
• Experience designing and implementing innovative workforce, talent, education, or employment solutions.
• Ability to operate in ambiguous, fast-changing environments with rapid iteration and learning.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the executive leader of Career Connect with full accountability for strategy, execution, revenue generation, and operational outcomes.
• Build and scale Career Connect as a distinct business unit focused on employer-funded workforce solutions.
• Develop multi-year growth strategy expanding into healthcare, manufacturing, skilled trades, and other high-demand sectors.
• Drive achievement of employer partnerships, pilot launches, placements, and revenue goals.
• Lead cross-functional delivery and solution design teams translating employer needs into learner experiences.
