Team Car Care East, LLC (US) is seeking an Assistant General Manager in Horn Lake, MS. The AGM will partner with the General Manager to drive revenue growth, coach staff, and ensure outstanding guest experiences in a fast-paced service center environment.

The role requires 1–3 years of retail management, strong communication, and the ability to lead diverse teams. You will oversee inventory, budgeting support, opening/closing duties, and daily operations to maintain a high-performance store.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of retail management experience.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills.
• Proven ability to inspire and motivate diverse groups of people.
• Strong business sense and understanding of the retail industry.
• Ability to read and interpret safety rules and manuals.

Responsibilities

• Lead revenue growth through guest counts and core metrics such as sales mix and lead measures.
• Coach and develop teammates through internal training programs with ongoing guidance.
• Manage inventory and product ordering to meet business needs.
• Perform opening and closing duties and assist GM with budgeting and financial performance.
• Ensure safety, cleanliness, and a welcoming guest experience per standards.
• Lead daily team huddles and store meetings; foster an engaged workforce.
