Responsibilities

• Drive revenue growth with GM and lead measures such as core sales mix, MultiCare, and Core Plus
• coach and deliver excellent customer service and guest experiences
• conduct daily team huddles and store meetings; set direction to achieve business goals
• manage inventory, cash handling, and guest issues; collaborate with DM on initiatives
• assist GM with budgeting, forecasts, and expense controls; ensure safety and cleanliness per standards
• provide mentorship and guidance to automotive technicians and CSAs
• handle opening/closing duties when GM is off; maintain engaged workforce
