Job summary

Provenir, Inc. is seeking a seasoned Commercial Strategist to partner with the CCO, shaping the company’s go‑to‑market strategy and translating it into coordinated actions across Marketing, Sales, Customer Success and Product.

You will drive GTM priorities, identify growth opportunities, and lead initiatives to accelerate revenue and market expansion while maintaining regulatory and enterprise-grade standards.

Qualifications

• 8–12+ years in Commercial/GTM/Strategy roles across B2B SaaS or fintech.
• Proven ability to translate strategy into cross-functional programs.
• Experience translating priorities into action with senior stakeholders.
• Knowledge of GTM models spanning marketing, sales and product.
• Experience with sales enablement and repeatable plays is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Shape Provenir's Commercial Strategy and priorities.
• Define and refine GTM strategy, markets, verticals and routes to market.
• Lead Sales Enablement and develop playbooks, tools and training.
• Own high‑priority strategic initiatives from idea to execution.
• Define KPIs and turn performance data into action to optimize outcomes.
