Job summary

Perplexity is seeking a Growth GTM Engineer to build the systems that turn product usage into revenue and convert self-serve usage into enterprise pipeline. You will map first-party usage to accounts, craft in-product paths capturing sales intent, and validate signals with data science across web and app.

You will ship production code, instrument the product, run experiments, and partner with Revenue Ops to align Salesforce, CPQ and routing with growth initiatives.

Qualifications

• 2+ years shipping production code in growth/GTm roles.
• Strong SQL and data modeling in a warehouse.
• Experience instrumenting product events and running experiments.
• Commercial instinct focused on revenue problems.
• Familiar with REST APIs and integrating GTM tools.
• Direct customer interaction and ownership mindset.

Responsibilities

• Build account-level PLG signals and map users/workspaces to accounts; define activation, expansion and intent signals.
• Own in-product paths from self-serve to sales across web and app; decide who sees them and measure end to end.
• Lead experiments end to end on sales-assist surfaces and targeting; measure meetings and opportunities with Data Science.
• Build internal tools and automation Growth and GTM teams run on.
• Partner with Sales, Sales Systems, Data Science, Marketing and Product to turn product signals into pipeline.
