• P&L ownership of a software/business unit or two units.
• Experience selling to government, public sector, or regulated healthcare buyers; knowledge of procurement, RFPs, tenders, grants.
• Hands-on sales work; not a pure management role.

Responsibilities

• Own both P&Ls and growth targets; defend and deliver budgets.
• Lead combined revenue and build a joint go‑to‑market motion.
• Own renewal and public-tender processes; ensure continuity when leadership changes.
• Drive retention by protecting GRR/NRR and managing top accounts.
• Make capital allocation decisions; manage cash and working capital.
