Responsibilities

• Owns assigned agency territory and book of business with profitability goals.
• Evaluate workers' compensation submissions for risk and pricing.
• Make underwriting decisions within authority and escalate as needed.
• Price new and renewal business following guidelines balancing growth and profitability.
• Develop and manage agency partnership plans and performance improvement.
• Conduct agency visits and producer meetings on appetite and strategy.
• Identify opportunities to expand workers' comp production through channels.
• Present proposals and explain underwriting decisions to agency.
• Maintain knowledge of territory and market trends.
• Collaborate with claims, loss control, audit, and operations to support portfolio.
