Job summary

Charlie Health, a virtual behavioral health clinic, seeks a Web Developer to stabilize and enhance its WordPress platform. You will manage content updates, improve analytics infrastructure, and contribute to automation for reporting and QA across multiple subdomains.

Responsibilities include reviewing code, templating workflows, and assisting with SEO templating and vetting new tools. A team-focused, detail-oriented approach is essential.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of WordPress theme development or related environments.
• Strong HTML/CSS/JavaScript and PHP skills.
• Experience with ACF-based content, multisite setups, and WP engines.

Responsibilities

• Review site codebase, theme structure, deployment process, and server setup.
• Perform content updates via WordPress and templated workflows.
• Assist in A/B testing setup, QA, and post-test reporting.
• Maintain internal documentation of specs, workflows, and standards.
• Manage tracking configurations and monitor GA4, Osano, and VWO health.
• QA UTM/tracking data and build lightweight automated reporting.
• Execute structured content updates and plugin maintenance safely.
• Support programmatic SEO templating, page creation, and QA.
• Refactor codebase using LLM tools and modern dev practices.
• Propose base theme improvements for performance and scalability.
• Update Charlie Health subdomains with content and code.
• Identify automation opportunities to reduce manual tasks.
