My Wireless is seeking an Assistant Retail Store Manager in Tucson, AZ to support the Retail Store Manager in coaching a high-performing team and delivering exceptional customer experiences with AT&T products and services.

You will lead by example in a fast-paced environment, drive sales performance, assist with store operations, and help develop staff through training and mentoring, with opportunities for advancement as the company grows.

Qualifications

• Management experience in retail or similar field.
• Experience in retail or customer-facing sales environment is required.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Proven ability to meet performance and operation standards.
• Ability to motivate, lead, and coach others to achieve results.
• Strong organizational and detail-oriented skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Bilingual skills are preferred depending on location.
• Retail or customer-facing sales experience in telecommunications is preferred.
• Experience prospecting through outbound calls is preferred.

Responsibilities
