Job summary

NFI Industries in Kutztown, PA is seeking a Warehouse Operations Supervisor to lead daily warehouse activities, manage personnel, and drive production goals.

You will schedule shipping/receiving, supervise inbound/outbound shipments, ensure safe operations, and collaborate with leaders to optimize labor and efficiency. This role requires strong leadership, safety compliance, and excellent communication with internal teams and external partners. Experience with WMS and Lean tools is a plus.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Business or related field, or 1–5 years supervisory experience.
• High School Diploma required.
• Experience with Warehouse Management Systems (Manhattan preferred).
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, changing environment.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Willingness to work irregular hours, nights or weekends.
• Knowledge of safety regulations (OSHA, DOT, HAZMAT, FDA) or willingness to learn.
• Proficiency in MS Office and warehouse equipment.
• Bilingual English/Spanish preferred.
• Excellent customer service and problem-solving abilities.

Responsibilities

• Supervises warehouse personnel to meet daily production goals.
• Develops and implements shipping and receiving schedules.
• Supervises inbound and outbound shipments to ensure accuracy and timeliness.
• Ensures equipment is utilized efficiently and coordinates maintenance.
• Reviews daily objectives and productivity requirements to meet building goals.
• Balances labor with management to maintain staffing levels.
• Drafts and submits daily end-of-shift reports.
• Provides recommendations for initiatives to improve operations.
