Job summary

Integra TAB Services in California is seeking an Account Manager to drive profitable growth within a defined territory. You will work with the District Manager and Sales Team to secure new service business and to develop the service sales plan and market new offerings as needed.

You will educate customers on the value of services, build mutually beneficial, long-term partnerships, and manage a consultative sales process to win new business. Domestic travel up to 50% is required to ensure success.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business or related field preferred.
• Minimum 5 years of Account Management experience in a related field.
• Excellent organizational, interpersonal, written, verbal, and analytical skills.
• Demonstrated problem-solving and negotiation skills.
• Excellent formal presentation skills.
• Self-starter with strong territory planning and management skills.
• Ability to domestically travel up to 50% of the time.

Responsibilities

• Drives growth and profitability of the TAB Services by leading sales efforts to secure new business.
• Develops and maintains relationships with key decision makers for long-term partnerships.
• Manages a complex consultative sales process and educates customers on service offerings.
• Works closely with Service Management and Service Marketing to secure new service business.
• Demonstrates knowledge of Integra TAB Services’ offerings and articulates value propositions.
• Keeps informed about the strategic vertical market, competition, and technology.
• Identifies new service offerings for current and prospective customers, especially strategic accounts.
