Job summary

The role supports the Store Manager, schedules shifts, oversees cash handling and inventory, and leads a team through coaching, training, and performance management while maintaining compliance with company policies and state laws.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent with supervisory experience.
• Completion of Store Manager training program (LEAP) or willingness to complete within 12 weeks.
• Must be fluent in reading, writing, and speaking English (except in Puerto Rico).

Responsibilities

• Supervises customer service associates and front end of the store; oversees operations with Store Manager
