Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or completed Walgreens Community Internship Program or High School Diploma/GED with two years of supervisory experience.
• Fluent in reading, writing, and speaking English.
• Willingness to work flexible schedule including extended days, evenings, and weekend hours.

Responsabilités

• Supervises customer service associates and designated hitters to manage front end operations.
• Supports Store Manager with overall operation and drives store profitability.
• Leads and manages store team members including recruitment, hiring, performance management, and discipline.
• Analyzes financial and performance data to support business deliverables and growth initiatives.
• Prepares for promotion into a Store Manager position and collaborates with leadership to ensure store success.
