Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or Walgreens Community Internship Program completed.
• HS diploma with two years of supervisory experience.
• Fluent in reading, writing and speaking English.

Responsabilités

• Supervise front-end and pharmacy operations; manage staff scheduling and performance.
• Lead recruitment, hiring, and discipline of direct reports.
• Ensure store compliance with policies and laws, including alcohol, tobacco, and pharmacy.
• Collaborate with Store Manager and District Manager to drive store performance.
• Provide training and development; ensure safety and security.
