Job summary

The role requires leadership across both retail and pharmacy teams, with a focus on compliance, scheduling, and performance management.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent supervisory experience.
• Demonstrated leadership, communication, and ethical business practices.
• Willingness to complete Walgreens leadership training within 12 weeks.
• Fluency in reading, writing, and speaking English (except Puerto Rico).

Responsibilities

• Supervise front end of the store and pharmacy operations.
• Recruit, hire, and manage performance of team members; ensure coverage and scheduling.
• Drive customer experience and resolve escalations to improve loyalty.
• Analyze store performance and drive profitability with the Store Manager.
