Qualifications

• Bachelor or equivalent experience in retail management preferred.
• Strong verbal and written communication required.

• Flexibility to perform opening/closing procedures.

Responsibilities

• Assist with daily store operations and activities.
• Deliver excellent customer service and address questions or concerns.
• Move merchandise from delivery to stockroom and sales floor; maintain seasonal areas.
• Perform opening and closing procedures as needed.
• Process directives and maintain promotional displays and store assets.
• Assist in ordering, loss prevention, payroll and scheduling tasks.
• Maintain clean, organized sales floor and stockroom per company standards.
• Support Store Manager in training and developing Store Associates.
