Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 1 year of experience as department manager, service manager, or equivalent role.
• Experience leading, coaching, and developing associates to achieve customer service, operational, and business goals.
• Demonstrated experience using KPIs, metrics, and data insights to identify opportunities, solve problems, and support business decisions.
• Proven ability to collaborate across departments and influence others to drive store performance.
• Strong track record of improving customer experience, sales growth, and operational excellence.

Responsibilities

• Oversee store operations and ensure a best-in-class customer experience.
• Assist store manager with merchandising, scheduling, and cost control.
• Lead teams to plan, implement, and execute initiatives to drive sales and profitability.
• Develop action plans and communications based on associate feedback and survey results.
• Collaborate with department heads to identify opportunities and implement improvements.
• Promote inclusive leadership and maintain strong relationships with local community and union reps if applicable.
• Support staffing, retention, and performance reviews; coach direct reports.
• Ensure compliance with laws and enterprise policies and manage daily labor and costs.
