Job summary

U.S. Bank is seeking a Small Business Relationship Manager in Seattle, WA to deliver excellent service and financial solutions for clients with annual revenues between $500K and $2.5M. You will deepen existing relationships and develop new ones through business development activities, balancing digital tools with personal connections.

You’ll build and manage a portfolio, collaborate across teams, and ensure regulatory and underwriting standards are met while driving year-over-year revenue growth.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience.
• 3–4 years of experience in relationship banking.
• NMLS registration and compliance knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Prospect for new small business clients and deepen relationships to grow revenue.
• Conduct discovery conversations to understand client goals and financial needs.
• Serve as the primary contact for small business clients and recommend loan, deposit and cash management solutions.
• Design financial solutions aligned to objectives, credit standards and portfolio quality.
• Monitor portfolio performance and apply underwriting judgment.
• Partner with underwriting and internal teams to support timely reporting and outcomes.
• Address client concerns and coordinate across business lines to deliver integrated solutions.
• Build relationships in the community and identify business development opportunities.
