Job summary

Cash Cow is seeking a motivated customer-facing sales professional to grow quickly and develop real-world skills through direct customer interactions. You will ask questions, handle objections, and guide decisions, including conversations about money.

The role involves inbound and outbound calls and in-person interactions in a fast-paced environment. Applicants should have strong communication, be comfortable with feedback, and be able to work 40 hours weekly, including Saturdays.

Qualifications

• Customer service, sales, or collections experience.
• Comfortable speaking with customers over the phone and in person.
• Strong communication skills.
• Ability to learn quickly and adapt.
• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Must be able to work 40 hours per week, including Saturdays.
• Satisfactory completion of pre-employment screenings.
• Reliable transportation and valid Driver’s License.
• Fluent in English and Spanish a plus.

Responsibilities
